Refund Procedure:

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

The refund will be initiated once the product is received back in our office and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by customer within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our office.

If the order cancelled before shipping, we will proceed with the final refund amount within fourteen (14) days.

Products that have been used or damaged by the customer or are not in the same condition as received.

No warranty on all jewelry products.

Watches: 1 year warranty covers the machine manufacturer’s defect.

Leather straps and the buckles.

Steel bracelets and the buckles.

Watches’ glasses.

Customer misuse.
